Siddharth Thaker, MRICS (Sid) is the Founder & Managing Director at Prognosis Global Consulting; a Consulting, Asset Management & Advisory services firm focused on the Hospitality industry. Always working, travelling and living a dream, Sid identifies himself as a passionate hotelier, a digital nomad, a yoga practitioner, a wildlife enthusiast and a curious wanderer.
With a career spanning multiple continents, Sid has brought visionary understanding and creative passion to transform projects. In over 25 years of consulting experience, he has undertaken 300+ projects for major hotel brands, institutional Investors and individual owners across various markets in South Asia. As a curious wanderer he has travelled over 33 countries and wishes to cover 50 before he turns 50!

Sid holds a MBA (MMS) with specialization in Advanced Financial Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Financial Accounting from Bombay University and has pursued Professional Development Program in Real Estate Finance and Investments from Cornell Nanyang Institute in Singapore. Siddharth is also a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
